 Happy Thanksgiving
  Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! It's just unbelievable here in the Northeast (Jersey), it's cloudy (no rain yet) but the temperature it's in the mid 60's, weird huh? oh well, warm weather is always good, hope it doesn't rain although my Weather Bug just went off warning us about severe weather (thunder storms which I just can't handle)    My turkey is already cooked and ready, I just have to make some spanish rice (love it)  I tried to get a real small turkey because we can only eat a piece or two and that's it but no matter how small you get it they are way too big! and it's a shame because I don't usually leave it to use for left overs so it goes in the garbage, what a shame! so many people don't even have a piece of bread. I've been online since 5:00am trying to see if my niece comes on line from Kuwait and I can chat with her for a little bit (crossing fingers hoping she is allowed by her superiors). Hope I'm able to before she goes to Iraq on the 27th. I e-mailed her earlier this morning. Hope she turns her laptop on soon :mouse: I will try to get pictures from her, she bought a terrific digital cam before she left Jersey which was 3 weeks ago. Praying that her superiors don't give her a hard :time: That's it for now, will update if necessary. Again, Happy Thanksgiving to one and all. God Bless

| Just because...
:yawn: :yawn: Hectic Friday! What a day, so much work and not done yet. Gosh, and I don't feel too good, my sinusitis has been acting up for the past 3 days..So much paper work and my eyes are killing me! Tried to fix something on one of my friend's site and it just won't work..grrrrr  .. I have tried and tried but it just wont work or probably is just because I dont feel good? oh well, I guess I will keep trying, I hope by tomorrow (Saturday) this tiny script works or I will pull my hair soooo hard! :down: :down: I have done it before and no problem, but today I guess is not my day..Soooo, I will just make this entry short and "sweet" << Wishing everyone a great weekend. Later at 5:45pm (EST) ... I had given up on the script for my friend's site...I decided to take a break: watch a little tv, ate a banana, drank some milk and then got my night shirt, etc and took a nice and long long shower for about 25 minutes, came up and put night cream on my face, brush my wet hair, took a cigarette and sat here trying to figure out what the problem was, and finally I found out what was wrong with the script, which was real real simple, my jaw was down on the floor and instead of pulling my hair I screamed (I scared the dogs and the cat) I myself. :frog:

| The weekend is here!
It is so windy outside, God the temperature feels like on the teens and is 49 degrees here in the Northeast at 8:00am ... Time to get the heavy outerwear out ... I want to thank my friends that commented on my previous entry (I replied to all) .. Yesterday I went to my Podiatrist (kept postponing it but couldn't take it anymore) to have my small toe nail taken care of. That nail grows in a weird way, on the right side it tends to bend and goes into my skin and God does it hurt! I couldnt do it myself although I tried many many times .. He did a good job on it and it didn't hurt at all, but told me that I have to go in regularly to have it cut in the correct way .. he also x-rayed my feet to check for bone problems and told me that the reason that nails grows like that is because I tend to walk incorrectly .. which I really do! and the bones are all messed up .. He measured my feet to have an Orthoses made so I can insert it on my shoes/sneakers ... Now this is a first for me, wonder how it feels walking with those things in my shoes/sneakers He also told me that another alternative is to have surgery on my feet which he does right in the office (no hospital thank God) .. I guess it's a simple procedure for what he told me. But first I will use those Orthoses and see him regularly to see if things improve .. Will see what happens.. Changing the subject: Yesterday afternoon around 5:00 pm (my time) I received a phone call from Alb and I was so happy to hear from him but the reason he called me was to give me bad news..His daughter was walking their dog Jeter and he pulled on the leash and just took off and the kids told Alb that a person on a green pick-up truck had taken Jeter, oh my God, I tried to comfort him and we talked about Jeter needing his medications (he sufferes from seizures), it was really sad..He called me a second time to tell me that someone had said that the dog was hit by a car and he was on his way there and will call me back. He did call me back and said it wasn't Jeter, that was a relief .. but still no Jeter...His son was on his bike and Alb on his car looking around the neighborhood .. I told him to call me right away if he had good news to tell me and that I was going to pray that the dog was brought back or if they find him..I dont remember how long after that the phone rang and when I saw his name on my caller id I was sooooooooooooo happy, Jeter had come back and was just sitting by a tree when his son found him..I own two dogs and cat and I know exactly how much you can love pets, they are family to me .. Alb and his family were so happy .. I had told him that Jeter was going to come back, I just knew it! Dogs follow their scent and always come back. I hope it never happens again, Alb is getting another type of leash for him, which is good 'cause even if pulls he can't pull too much, it doesn't hurt him, just a little discomfort. What a long entry!!!!! .. Have a great weekend everyone. Hugs to all and everyone.

New Layout
 Took me long enough, didn't it?  Well hopefully this blog works fine and there aren't many mistakes/errors ... although I know for sure there are plenty As I find them they will be fixed, time permitting ... Have a great day/night everyone
